Job DescriptionBUSINESS ANALYST - Manufacturing or Warehouse or Textiles background - BURLINGTON

• Work with Stakeholders to identify and evaluate user and business requirements, verifying scope and priorities

• Analyze and Document business processes and workflow

• Proactively identify and resolve/facilitate requirement conflicts

• Create and facilitate efficient and cost effective solutions to meet business requirements

• Work closely with Technical team to deliver and validate proposed solutions

• Assist developers with locating data, coding, and verifying data

• Explain existing systems and business practices to newer department employees

• Support Development Manager as needed

• Design use cases and screen prototypes

• Coordinate and/or perform system testing

• Provide documentation for user guides, reference materials and/or training materials

Key Skills

• In depth knowledge of Software Technology, including preliminary coding for proof of concept or prototyping

• Excellent understanding of system design, methodologies and testing

• General business knowledge, including manufacturing environment experience

• Problem solving and problem reduction skills

• Interpersonal relation skills. Comfortable working closely with all levels of stakeholders especially technical staff

• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills

• Flexibility and adaptability

• 1-5+ years requirements gathering, test and/or business experience or related work experience
