Job DescriptionProject Manager needed for Greensboro, NC client with strong background in Business Analysis/ERP.

Key contact between the software development team and the rest of the company. The Project Manager will utilize their understanding of Business Analysis, Project Delivery, SDLC and demonstrated problem solving ability to serve the wide range of business and technical activities relating to IT application development and maintenance of company's systems.

- Work closely with system users / stakeholders to understand and document their business needs, assess whether and how their request can be implemented in a system-specific way, coordinate with development on estimating effort and duration, and manage user interaction as their requests are developed.
- Act as cradle-to-grave champion within IT for stakeholder software development projects.
- Work with BAs, to develop detailed requirements specifications for software enhancement/change requests and assist them in development of test cases which enable effective traceability to detailed requirements.
- Work with development staff to develop accurate, educated estimates of the amount of time and resources required by a requested enhancement.
- Manage project resources, project plans, timelines, and deliverables
- Should be able to detailed knowledge of ERP system, assist in the development of a data dictionary for ERP system.
- Analyze and produce documentation and diagrams of business process flows.

- 5+ years experience as a Project Manager
- 2+ years background in Business Analysis for software development, relational databases and Object-Oriented software development.
- Experience with ERP or supply chain required.
- Minimum one-year experience with project tracking and flow diagramming tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio).
- Minimum one-year experience & knowledge of what activities comprise and maintain systems in a transaction environment.
- Full understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle.
- Demonstrated problem solving ability.
- Agile/Scrum experience is a plus.
